Our client is looking for a Business Analysis Team Lead to cover a six month secondment.

Key activities:

  • Line management for permanent Business Analysts which includes induction, performance management, coaching, mentoring, quality assurance, engagement and health & safety
  • Consultation / advice to projects and business groups
  • Contribution to the team management of the Business Analysis practice covering continuous improvement, resource management, recruitment, guidance for BAs and wider teams, and connecting the BA practice with the wider teams

Skills / experience required:

  • Expert understanding of business analysis practice, standards, and methodologies, and their application
  • Experience leading Business Analysts, including mentoring and co-ordination of the team’s work
  • Experience across a range of the project and delivery environments / approaches
  • Advanced communication and relationship management skills
