Fronde continues to grow strongly and as a result of this we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant and to work on a variety of interesting projects .
As an experienced Salesforce Consultant within a consultancy company like Fronde , you will have been involved in pre-sales work like creating statements of work and responding to RFP's, through to discovery work, business analysis and scoping. You will be competent with gathering requirements using agile practices like user stories, information modelling and detailed analysis. During the build and design phase, you'll be involved in detailed analysis and configuration and administration of Salesforce. Working with people at all levels like technical consultants, project managers and business managers, your ability to manage stakeholders and work well with people will be critical to this role.
We are looking for someone who is commercially astute to not only work on delivery of Salesforce solutions but to consult with clients and build future roadmaps too. Along with a strong track record of 10+ years plus consulting experience, you will have the relevant Salesforce certifications to back up your commercial background.
You will also have:
- Strong customer-facing skills to fully engage in pre-sale and discovery activity
- Ability to provide input into a number of projects at once and provide technical leadership
- Successful experience leading specialist solution team
- Experience with architecting solutions and undertaking advisory work
- Be completely on board with Salesforce (product and technical knowledge)
