About the role

As the HR Consultant, you will be providing HR advice and guidance to the leaders as well as employees throughout the organisation.  You will manage all HR operational services to ensure a great employee experience and efficient running of the People & Culture Team. This role covers all locations in NZ and Australia.

The key skills and knowledge required for this role are:

  • Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR position ideally in a fast moving environment
  • Exposure to modern thinking of HR practices
  • Good levels of proficiency at spreadsheeting, automated systems and processing,
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Growing knowledge of and interest in a diverse range of HR functions including remuneration, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement  
  • Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable
  • Membership of HRINZ preferable
