Robert is the Group CEO for Seisma Group.
Robert is an experienced business and industry professional with an entrepreneurial track record. He grew ASX listed RXP in his role as Group Executive and was an owner of Seisma before the Liverpool Partners acquisition in October 2020.
Robert draws on solid commercial skills and extensive experience in strategic growth and development of technology business’ as he leads Seisma on its growth journey.
Since Seisma’s early days, Robert and the team have had the vision to build and grow an organisation that “Works hand in hand with our customers to implement technology that changes how they run their businesses. Jono oversees the dedicated teams of senior Solution Architects, Business Development Consultants, and the Go-To-Market team as they expand Fronde’s brand and customer base across Australia and New Zealand.
An experienced Sales Manager with a proven history of working across the ANZ market, Jono brings several years of sales and leadership experience to Fronde.
Prior to joining Fronde, Jono gained expertise growing and leading high-performance sales teams in New Zealand and Australia within the technology space. Most recently, Jono was the National Sales Manager for Consegna and during his time in Australia, he worked within the Enterprise Mobility space at Telogis, Phonenomena and Telstra.
Warwick Taggart is an experienced ICT professional leader, who is responsible for Fronde’s Delivery team. This team builds and creates outstanding service, solutions and experiences for Fronde’s customers and people.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry across both the public and private sector, Warwick has held a number of leadership positions. He previously worked at Spark on customer centric initiatives and at Transpower focusing on strategy and leadership capabilities.
Warwick enjoys being challenged with complex problems, and working with teams of people to facilitate understanding and defining a path forward and collectively arriving at solutions.
An experienced People leader, Helen James is responsible for the People and Culture team at Fronde.
Helen has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career and she brings 20 years of experience working in a variety of fast-paced environments including technology, aviation, healthcare and manufacturing in the public and private sector.
Helen enjoys working with individuals and teams to collaboratively deliver solutions that improve efficiencies and create new capabilities. Helen’s focus at Fronde is to enable an environment where talented people are able to grow and be authentic everyday.
Chris is Seisma Group's Finance Director.
Chris has extensive experience in the technology sector, having worked at ASX listed technology business RXP Services Limited for many years. Before RXP, Chris was a Senior Manager within the Business Assurance division at Grant Thornton, specialising in working with ASX listed and large global enterprises within Australia and the United Kingdom.
Chris has responsibility for ensuring Seisma’s financial operations are in place to support the strategy and continued growth of the Group. Chris is also responsible for the Group’s Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework.
