Career HR professional, Jan Mottram, has the executive-level role of GM People and Culture at Fronde.
Jan is a seasoned HR professional, who joined Fronde from Vodafone, where she had 20 years of experience as HR Director in three countries - New Zealand, Ireland and Qatar. Prior to joining Vodafone Jan worked in a variety of industries - information technology, financial services and manufacturing, and in 2002 was awarded "HR Person of the Year" by the professional HR body in New Zealand.
Jan is responsible for developing and implementing Fronde's people and culture strategy to support its' business goals. In particular, she is responsible for culture, employee satisfaction, performance management, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, leadership development, remuneration and health and safety.
Jan has a B.Sc degree in Microbiology from Bristol University in the UK.
