Jason Delamore

Jason Delamore

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Delamore has broad experience leading large and complex operational units, creating world-first digital initiatives, transforming technology operations and delivering on profit objectives. Jason has worked successfully in both New Zealand and internationally. Working across a range of industry sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure, tourism and retail in both the public and private sectors across New Zealand and Australia.

Jason has led Fronde through a transformational time in its history which has included navigating Covid, a clearer customer proposition, the building of new talent and the successful sale of Fronde to Seisma/ Liverpool Partners.

Prior to Fronde Jason held the role of GM Marketing and Technology with Auckland International Airport (AIA), and as such has been responsible for building and engaging with a growing large customer base, creating new digital platforms and transforming the technology operations- which was a valuable client-side perspective to bring to Fronde

Earlier career roles have been on both the customer and vendor side in both New Zealand and overseas and include organisations such as Landis + Gyr, Contact Energy, Vector. CSG Systems, (Denver, Colorado), Lucent Technology (Singapore) and IBM.

Martin Currie

Martin Currie

Chief Financial Officer

Martin Currie is a Chartered Accountant and has led Fronde's finance team since March 2021.

He previously spent 18 years at Holmes Group, a multinational engineering consultancy, where he was CFO and held directorships for group companies.  Prior to Holmes, he trod the well worn path from a CA firm, to OE, and back to commercial roles in NZ.

Martin has a first focus on compliance - ensuring Fronde meets its' obligations to staff, shareholders, lenders, clients, suppliers and tax departments, but also seeks to ensure that the business has the right financial information and analysis to ensure Fronde remains successful into the future.

Jono Morgan

Jono Morgan

Head of Solutions Consulting & Marketing

Jono oversees the dedicated teams of senior Solution Architects, Business Development Consultants, and the Go-To-Market team as they expand Fronde’s brand and customer base across Australia and New Zealand.

An experienced Sales Manager with a proven history of working across the ANZ market, Jono brings several years of sales and leadership experience to Fronde.

Prior to joining Fronde, Jono gained expertise growing and leading high-performance sales teams in New Zealand and Australia within the technology space. Most recently, Jono was the National Sales Manager for Consegna and during his time in Australia, he worked within the Enterprise Mobility space at Telogis, Phonenomena and Telstra.

Warwick Taggart

Warwick Taggart

Head of Delivery

Warwick Taggart is an experienced ICT professional leader, who is responsible for Fronde’s Delivery team. This team builds and creates outstanding service, solutions and experiences for Fronde’s customers and people.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry across both the public and private sector, Warwick has held a number of leadership positions. He previously worked at Spark on customer centric initiatives and at Transpower focusing on strategy and leadership capabilities.

Warwick enjoys being challenged with complex problems, and working with teams of people to facilitate understanding and defining a path forward and collectively arriving at solutions.

Helen James

General Manager - People & Culture

An experienced People leader, Helen James is responsible for the People and Culture team at Fronde.

Helen has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career and she brings 20 years of experience working in a variety of fast-paced environments including technology, aviation, healthcare and manufacturing in the public and private sector.

Helen enjoys working with individuals and teams to collaboratively deliver solutions that improve efficiencies and create new capabilities. Helen’s focus at Fronde is to enable an environment where talented people are able to grow and be authentic everyday.
