Wendell has been working at Fronde since early 2007. He left his previous company because there was no room for growth. “I have already been promoted which says a lot for Fronde as a whole. The management here have actively encouraged and supported me in my career growth. I have been sent on training and went from a level 2 engineer to a level 3 engineer in less than a year.”
Wendell was impressed with Fronde’s flexibility, team environment and the continuous learning we encourage. “Fronde is a dynamic company to work for. There is always something innovative or new happening on the technological side and I enjoy working for a company that is in the forefront when it comes to offering it’s clients the latest and newest forms of technology to solve their business problems. Fronde has a really great work ethic which is as important to me. When dealing with clients it is easy for me to 'sell' Fronde as I truly identify with the company and what it represents.”
Wendell is currently working on migrating Fronde’s physical infrastructure to Vmware virtual infrastructure.
