Tony has worked at Fronde for 11 years. He joined the company because he liked the look and feel of the organisation. Tony enjoys the variety afforded him by working at Fronde. Variety in the clients he has worked with, variety of projects and variety of roles within those projects. “Earlier projects were more “conventional” business analyst roles, but these days there are all kinds of roles in all kinds of projects."
At the end of 2007 Tony became one of the few Business Analysts in New Zealand to attain the status of Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ™). The CBAP is an international standard of experience and capability set by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA ™). “Fronde supported me in attaining this certification by allowing me time to study and supporting me travelling to San Francisco to sit the exam”.
