Client

Sentinel is a New Zealand financial services company specialising in home equity release loans, delivered through independent financial advisers located throughout the country.

Challenge

  • Under its existing CRM system, Sentinel’s busy sales force and operations team were frustrated by ongoing data integrity issues, laborious administration and the inability to access full functionality remotely.

Solution

  • Fronde implemented a Salesforce.com business-to-consumer model, as well as deploying Salesforce.com’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal for use by Sentinel’s independent advisers.
