Ian Clarke, CEO

Ian joined Fronde in 1999. He has broad business experience in the gas, agriculture, broadcasting and television production industries. With an MBA from Otago University and a diverse background including farming and general management and operational experience among major New Zealand corporates, Ian took over the national operations role in October 2003 and became GM, New Zealand South in November 2005. He was appointed CEO in April 2008.

Caroline Dewe, CEO, Fronde Anywhere

Caroline is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market vision and strategy for Fronde Anywhere. Caroline has particular strengths in forecasting market and technology trends, and is considered one of the global industry "thought leaders" in mobile banking and payments solutions. Prior to working for Fronde Caroline was on the executive team of Ericsson Synergy Ltd, a joint venture between Ericsson Communications and Synergy formed in January 2001, which she joined from Ericsson. Caroline has a degree in law (LLB) from the University of Canterbury and an MLIS from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Caroline is currently located in New Zealand but spends the majority of her time in Europe.

Steven Graham, General Manager, New Zealand North

Steve joined Fronde as GM, New Zealand North in November 2005. Previously, he was the National Corporate Sales Manager at TelstraClear. Prior to this he was the Southern Regional Manager for Microsoft New Zealand. Steve is from California, with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University. He has an international background, working in Japan for Alpine Electronics and in the Silicon Valley for a dotcom start-up.

Rob Old, General Manager, Technology Solutions

Rob joined Fronde in March 2007 bringing with him 14 years experience in the IT industry. Previously he was the National Manager for the Financial Services Industry Sector at Microsoft. Rob has also held roles with TelstraClear, Conduit and Cogent Communications. As General Manager for Technology Solutions Rob is responsible for the management and growth of Fronde's managed services business.

Dominic Stow, General Manager Great Britain

Dominic has over 15 years experience in the information technology industry gained through roles at the BBC, Motorola and as the director of a UK consulting company. Dominic joined Fronde in July 2004, where he has focused on the provision of strategic IT and business consulting around Agile practices and delivery. Dominic has a BEng(Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick and a MSC with Distinction in Data Telecommunications from Salford University.

Mark Young, Operations Manager

Mark has over 25 years experience in the information technology industry mainly in the UK and New Zealand. Mark joined Fronde in 1997 during which time he has worked in a wide variety of consulting and management roles. Mark has a degree in Managerial Sciences (Bsc Hons) and is an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AAMINZ). As well as trying to balance work and family commitments Mark manages to find time to maintain his passion for cricket which brought him to New Zealand.

Vicky Donaldson, Finance Manager

Vicky joined Fronde in June 2007 after 5 ½ years at Agriculture Industry Training Organisation where she worked as Finance Manager and then Corporate Services Manager. Prior to that, Vicky worked in a number of roles in the finance department of Westpac Bank including Manager, Group Financial Reporting and Project Accountant. Vicky has been a Chartered Accountant since September 1996 and has a BA in Geography and a post graduate Diploma in Accounting. Vicky leads the team responsible for our financial and reporting processes, and undertakes company secretarial duties for the group, including subsidiary and associate companies. 

Vikki Trask, Human Resources Manager

Vikki relocated from England in 2002 and joined us in March 2005 from Stratex Networks. Vikki has a BSc (Hons) in radiography from the University of Hertfordshire and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in human resource management through Massey University. Appointed HR Manager in September 2005, Vikki is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of all HR strategies and initiatives.

Stu Cordue, Sales and Commercial Manager

Stu leads the Fronde Sales Team in Wellington, he also has company-wide responsibility for key commercial and contractual processes. Stu joined Fronde in May 2003 continuing an extensive career in the information technology industry that includes 15 years in sales and sales management with Unisys in New Zealand and Australia. Stu holds a BCA majored in Business Administration from Victoria University and has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law, Accounting and Mandarin during 2000/2001.
