Buzzy Bee Flies Again!
In 2007 the inaugural BarcampAgile was held at Fronde in Wellington. Following the success of that event the Wellington Chapter of the Agile Professionals Network is a holding another “unconference” on Saturday 12 December 2009.
As a founder of the Agile Professionals Network, Fronde is pleased to host this event at our head office on 3 Queens Wharf in Wellington. In the two years since we started the APN in Auckland with ASB Bank, we’ve seen the Agile community grow from a small group of interested newbies into a crowd of experienced and enthusiastic practitioners – and we’re proud to be a part of it.
Doors open at 9.30am, prioritisation of topics is at 10.00am, and sessions will run until 2.30pm. And of course, an informal gathering of minds afterwards at our neighbours Chicago (cash bar applies).
Errm – what’s a BarCamp?
Good question – follow these links to find out more:
Who should attend?
If you are someone who knows lots about, or wants to know lots about ANYTHING to do with Agile (e.g. Agile Development, Agile Project Management, Agile Enterprise Architecture, Agile) come along and take part.
I want to be there – what do I do now?
Go to http://barcamp.org/BarCampAgileWellington2 to register, list a topic you’d like discussed, or offer a session you could run. Or you can contact the organising committee at rsvpwn@agileprofessionals.net if you have any other questions.
Spread the word. Turn up on the 12th. Join in and have fun networking with other Agile professionals.
We hope to see you there.

Nice to see Fronde entering the barcamp arena, good luck.
Um, just couple of points:
1) Fronde kindly hosted the EGov barcamp back in 2007
