In the 12 months Andy has worked with us he has progressed from help desk and desktop support to application support. “It was a natural progression, I was picking up more and more application support work while working on the service desk and so when a position came up I was able to step into the role.” He has also completed his BSC majoring in Computer Science from Victoria University.
